Students have to make a presentation about a traditional dish. The activity, included in the project’s block of “traditional cuisine”, consists of creating a video which the preperation of a typical dish of the area where the student lives, with an explanation of the origin of the dish presented. One the aims is to make know the different dishes and culinary styles of each area and country.
Here are the images of the culinary class. In the context of the visit of Tenerife, Juan Angel, students made tapas from their homeland (Belgium, Slovenia, the Philippines, Armenia, Algeria and Morocco). In the class they explained how they made these dishes.

Together with Fata Urbana CVO Semper further explored the strengths and possibilities of story telling as a teaching tool. We told a number of stories based on urban legends using a ‘red thread’ and stringing the stories together.
